The maestros behind the evening's culinary experience:

Johan Kurkela – Finland's Bocuse d'Or representative and the esteemed Chef of the Year 2023 winner, renowned for his masterful creations at Michelin-starred establishments such as Olo and Grön. Johan embodies uncompromising skill and a profound passion for culinary experiences.

Anssi Riihimäki – Head Chef of Restaurant Aihki, innovator, and creator of gastronomic experiences, whose craftsmanship has been recognized in Kauppalehti Option's top-class reviews. Anssi merges principles of sustainable development with the finest local ingredients to create unique gustatory delights.
