Restaurant Aihki’s 4-course Daily Chef’s Menu offers a seasonal introduction to modern Nordic cuisine.

The menu follows the same philosophy as Aihki’s Signature Menu: the pure ingredients of Lapland, the rhythm of the Finnish seasons, and careful craftsmanship come together in dishes that highlight the changing flavours of the north. Plates often feature wild herbs, locally sourced fish, game, and ingredients gathered from the surrounding forests.

The Daily Chef’s Menu evolves and changes regularly, allowing our kitchen to work with ingredients at their best while offering returning guests new flavour experiences.

A rotating menu inspired by the seasons

The 4-course Daily Chef’s Menu is composed of dishes that rotate regularly throughout the week. This structure allows the kitchen to highlight the finest seasonal ingredients while creating a balanced and carefully curated dining experience.

The dinner begins with small amuse-bouche bites that introduce the evening’s flavour profile and concludes with handcrafted petit fours. During the dinner, guests are also served Aihki’s well-known house malt bread with smoked butter.

Walk-in guests are welcome to inquire about availability, but we recommend making a reservation in advance. We are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements with prior notice. A fully vegan 4-course menu is also available.
