Three-course themed menus to celebrate the awakening spring in Lapland
Our kitchen team at Aihki have created a unique menu for each evening, combining high-quality ingredients, seasonal flavours and Northern delicacies – such as blueberry, chocolate, Finnish Easter pudding (mämmi), licorice, wild herbs and fish. The ambiance is as important as the taste: candlelight, the peaceful view of Lake Pyhäjärvi and the silhouette of the spring fells set the perfect scene for a memorable evening.
