RULES AND TERMS FOR THE SEASON PASS RAFFLE
The organizer of Pyhätunturi’s loyalty program season pass raffle (hereinafter referred to as the "Raffle") is Pyhätunturi Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). Participation in the Raffle is open from September 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, in Pyhä Login.
PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Raffle is available through the Organizer's Pyhä Login platform. Participants may only enter using their own email address. A valid email address is required for participation. Each individual is allowed to participate only once. The raffle will be drawn among all those who participate between September 1 and October 31, 2025.
The Organizer is not responsible for any entries not received due to technical reasons or for incomplete, inappropriate, or unreadable entries.
The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in Finland. Employees of the Organizer and its partners involved in organizing the raffle are not eligible to participate.
The final date for participation is October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM, unless otherwise stated. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule for a justified reason. If the raffle is prematurely canceled, prizes will be drawn among participants up until the point of cancellation.
PRIZE
One (1) season pass for the winter season 2025-2026 will be raffled among all participants. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”) will be contacted personally.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
The prize will be drawn on November 3, 2025. The winners will be notified personally via the email address they provided. If a winner cannot be contacted via email or other provided contact information by 9:00 AM on November 12, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
Unused prizes or portions thereof will not be compensated, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or postponed to a different date. The Organizer is not responsible for any damages that may result from participation, receiving the prize, or using the prize. The prize does not include transportation to Pyhä.
The Organizer will pay the legally required lottery tax for the prize.
OTHER TERMS
The Organizer is responsible for the content of the Raffle. The Organizer is not liable for problems caused by third parties, such as internet connection issues or technical changes or interruptions on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook).
Participation requires acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules. The Raffle and its rules are governed by Finnish law, excluding rules on conflict of laws. Any disputes related to the interpretation and application of the rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who have violated these rules or are suspected of using dishonest methods to participate.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer may send participants information related to the Raffle via email as described in the Raffle. The targeting criteria for emails related to the Raffle may include information, choices, or actions provided or made by the participant, such as opening or not opening a link. Pyhätunturi Oy reserves the right to make changes.
