Bättre Folk i Fjällen Festival

Enjoy affordable evening skiing at Pyhä from December 18, 2026, to March 26, 2027, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. With an Evening Ski Pass, your lift ticket and rental equipment are included for just €30!

At the Kairosmaja lakeside sauna, you can enjoy a relaxing sauna experience during the Bättre Folk weekend's morning hours. The price includes bus transportation to the sauna, departing from in front of Hotel Pyhätunturi. The bus will also take guests back to the hotel after the session.

The skilled instructors at the Pyhä Ski School will guide you in getting started with skiing and snowboarding, welcoming you to explore your equipment in an encouraging environment. To join a lesson, you will need a valid lift pass and your equipment.

Welcome to the world of freeriding! In this guided session, you will get acquainted with freeriding on the ski resort's lift-accessed off-piste terrain. To participate, you need solid skiing skills along with a valid lift pass, a backpack, and your own ski or snowboard equipment. Pyhä Ski Resort provides avalanche safety gear for all participants.

Bättre Folk festival's joyful sledding is organized in the Family Slope (Slope 13). Sleds can be borrowed next to the terrace of the restaurant Huttuhippu. You can stop by the restaurant to warm up with a cup of hot chocolate.
