The PyhäSuites and PyhäLinna apartments are located in an excellent spot near the new Kultakero rental shop, PyhäStore, the Front Slopes, Family Slopes, the national park, and Hotel Pyhätunturi.
The housing cooperative is in exemplary condition and connected to Pyhä’s bio-district heating system. Each apartment has an electrified parking space, half of which are covered. There are lockable storage cabinets for each apartment in the storage room, as well as shared maintenance tables and washing machines.
The property operates under the hassle-free Ski-Inn® ownership model, allowing owners to use the apartment during selected periods: 7 weeks in the winter season and 7 weeks in the summer season. During other times, the apartment is rented out through PyhäBooking for the enjoyment of Pyhä’s visitors. The maintenance company handles upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of the building and apartments, with costs covered by service charges.
