Safe and sound in the Off-piste

Explore the backcountry safely! Safely to the forest lines is a freeride adventure for 8–16-year-olds, where participants ride in the new Honka freeride area together with a ski instructor. Along the forest lines, participants will also get a general introduction to freeriding and learn the etiquette of riding outside marked slopes.

To participate, you’ll need a helmet, a lift pass, and your own skiing or riding equipment.
Age range: 8–16 years.

Schedule:
Finnish winter holiday weeks 8–10
(19 Feb, 26 Feb and 5 Mar)
Thursdays from 1:00–3:00 pm

Group size: max. 6 participants

Safely to the forest lines will be held if there are at least two participants.

Please note that riding outside marked slopes is always at your own risk. We recommend having comprehensive insurance that covers off-piste skiing and riding.
