The organizer of the accommodation package raffle for the Pyhä Ski Resort freeride survey (hereinafter "Raffle") is Pyhätunturi Oy (hereinafter "Organizer"). Participation in the raffle is open until April 21, 2025, here.
PARTICIPATION
You can participate in the raffle by answering the Pyhä freeride survey and selecting the "I participate in the raffle" checkbox at the end of the survey, as well as providing your email address. Participation is only allowed with your own email address. A valid email address is required for participation. Each person may enter the raffle once.
The Organizer is not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical reasons or for incomplete, inappropriate, or unreadable responses. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Participants under 18 must have parental consent. Employees of the Organizer and their partners who are involved in organizing the raffle are not eligible to participate.
The final participation deadline is April 21, 2025, at 23:59, unless otherwise stated. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule for justified reasons. If the raffle is prematurely terminated, the prizes will be drawn among those who participated before the termination.
PRIZES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
By April 30, 2025, one three-night Ski-Inn accommodation package for four people at Pyhä will be raffled among the participants. The accommodation must be used during the 25-26 season.
The raffle will take place on April 30, 2025. The winners (hereinafter "Winner") will be notified personally via the email address they provided. If the winner cannot be reached by email or through other provided contact details by May 8, 2025, at 12:00, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited, and a new draw will be conducted.
An unused prize or part of it will not be compensated, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another date. The Organizer is not responsible for any possible damages resulting from participation, receiving the prize, or using it. The prize does not include transportation to Pyhä. The winner is responsible for paying any statutory lottery taxes.
OTHER TERMS
The Organizer is responsible for the content of the raffle. The Organizer is not responsible for issues caused by third parties, such as internet connection problems or technical changes and service interruptions in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook).
Participation requires acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules. The raffle and its rules are governed by Finnish law, excluding provisions on choice of law. Any ambiguities related to the application and interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify individuals who have violated these rules or are suspected of using dishonest means to participate.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer may send participants information related to the raffle via email as described in the event. The targeting criteria for emails related to the event may be based on the participant’s provided information, selections, or actions, such as opening or not opening a link.
