Ski-Inn Hotels & Apartments in Pyhä and Ruka has received the internationally recognized Green Key sustainability certificate as a recognition of its long-term and impactful work in sustainability. Green Key is the world’s leading environmental certification for the tourism industry, awarded to companies that meet sustainability criteria based on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, including energy efficiency, water consumption, waste management, and responsible procurement.
Operating in both Pyhä and Ruka, Ski-Inn Hotels & Apartments has for years invested in sustainable solutions, such as developing an eco-friendly accommodation concept, using renewable energy, and improving waste sorting.
